    ideal location
    limited food choices
    high prices

The warm welcome at reception set a pleasant tone. The breakfast was delicious, though it lacked options like tea and coffee service. The well-appointed family room was a highlight, with convenient NCP parking just a short walk away. the bar menu was quite limited and prices felt steep, making it less appealing for a late-night snack.

    good value
    breakfast cleanliness

It was just a fitting option for a walk in evening in Manchester with good value. The dining room breakfast had dirty mugs that needed attention. For future stays, make sure to check the dining area for cleanliness early on.

    spacious room
    modern design
    light-up mirror
    drippy shower
    limited view

The Deluxe Double & Single Room was spacious and super comfortable. It had a nice modern look, with multiple mirrors for getting ready. The lighting in the bathroom was cool too, especially the light-up mirror. I loved the tea and coffee facilities right in the room, made for a cozy start to the day. Just a bit of a hassle with a drippy shower, but overall, a pretty solid stay!

    Mixed Experience with Room Service

During our stay, the urban views from our Executive King Room were limited, but dining options impressed us. The restaurant's ambiance created a lovely atmosphere. however, our room service was disappointingly slow. Be sure to confirm special requests immediately.

It was just a proper fit for a whistle-stop in Manchester with value for money. The check-in was saved by the extremely helpful staff at the desk. Make sure to check parking details before arriving.

    seamless check-in
    friendly staff
    pricey breakfast
    limited breakfast options
    noise disturbances

Check-in was seamless, and the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable. The Deluxe King Room was quiet and the bed exceptionally comfy. A short walk to the city made the location ideal. However, breakfast was priced a bit high, and while it was decent, the options felt limited compared to what I expected.

    Great staff and comfy stay

We stayed one night and warmed up to this place. Pretty noisy in the morn with a crowded breakfast area, but the staff were super helpful. Our room was decent and quiet at night. Loved the bar/lounge area for chilling after a long day. The check-in process was a bit impersonal, though.

    delicious breakfast
    modern decor
    made-to-order dishes
    traffic noise
    unwanted sounds

Plus, the breakfast had made-to-order omelettes that were legit amazing. And the decor? Modern flair that just brings the vibe. Definitely turned heads!

Now, the noise from the busy road outside was a bit much, not gonna lie. Even with the full-length windows, sirens and chatter crept in while I tried to catch some shut-eye.

    clean rooms
    welcoming staff
    traffic situation
    water access

I had a solo stay in the Deluxe Double & Single Room for a night. The room impressed me with its eclectic decor and cleanliness. I truly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, both were excellent in taste and presentation. The staff made me feel welcomed and were quite accommodating during my stay. I did have an issue with water not being provided at dinner, which felt a bit off, especially since it should be standard with table service. the drop-off area at the entrance is right on top of a traffic light, causing me some nervousness when arriving and departing. the experience was mostly positive, but those small details need attention for an even better stay.

The stay provided a fantastic view from the 14th floor, along with a super comfy bed, making for a restful night. Staff were particularly friendly and willing to assist with requests. The location was perfect for exploring the city's shops and transport links. Unfortunately, the breakfast replenishment was a bit slow, which slightly affected the dining experience.
